Label SorterOpen the tool

For Flipkart and Meesho sellers

Sort your labels by product, not by SKU string.

Crop the invoice off, put every label for the same product together, and print one clean stack. Your PDF never leaves this browser.

Sort a label file

Your PDF is read in this browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Drop your label PDFs here

or click to choose — several files at once is fine

Works with Flipkart and Meesho downloads, including the versions with a tax invoice underneath.

What you get

The invoice cropped off

A Meesho A4 sheet becomes a label. On a real 137-label file that is55% less paper, with the address, courier and barcodes untouched — and the barcode is still vector, so it still scans.

One run per product

Group the SKU codes that mean the same thing once. Every batch after that sorts itself, longest run first, so you pack the big pile while you are fresh.

A pick list that matches

A CSV with the total per group, then every SKU with the exact pages it occupies in the sorted PDF. Tape it to the packing table.

The part other croppers do not do

Five spellings. One product. One pile.

Five SKU codes one seller might carry for a single product. Different listings, different packs, an old name that never got tidied up — same box, same shelf, same bag to pack from:

Sorted by SKU — five separate runs

  • Acme_2 Ply_100 Pcs ( Black )
  • Acme_Black_100 ( WN )
  • Acme_Black_100 Pcs ( With Clip )
  • Acme_Black_STD_100
  • Acme_PK_Black_100

Sorted by product — one run

  • Black-100 · 50 labels

You define the group once. It is remembered for every batch after.

How the grouping works →

How it works

  1. Open your label PDF

The file you downloaded from Flipkart or Meesho, exactly as it came. Several files at once is fine — they come out as one stack.

  2. Check the groups

It suggests groups from your own SKU names. Accept the ones that are right, adjust the rest. Your groups are saved in this browser and reused every day.

  3. Download and print

A sorted PDF, optionally cropped, split by courier, with printed divider pages between groups — and a pick list beside it.

Measured, not estimated

These are real files from a real seller, not a demo. Every number here comes from a test that runs against those files.

Every label in all three files was read — no misses, nothing skipped. Timed on a four-core laptop; your own machine and file will differ, and the tool shows its progress as it goes.

Your customers' addresses stay on your machine

A shipping label carries a person's name, address and phone number. This tool never sends any of it anywhere, because it never sends the file anywhere: the PDF is opened, cropped and rewritten inside your own browser.

You do not have to take that on trust. Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and sort a file. Nothing carrying your PDF will appear.
