Where this is different, and where it is not
There are more than twenty label croppers serving Indian sellers. Most are free and several are good. This is the version of the comparison that survives you going and checking.
What is not different
Cropping is not a differentiator. Dozens of free tools crop Meesho and Flipkart labels, in the browser, with no signup. If cropping is the whole of your problem, use one of them.
Nor is SKU sorting. Most sort by SKU, several sort by courier and quantity as well, and a few produce a packing list.
Nor, it turns out, is grouping. This page used to claim that folding several SKU codes into one product was the thing nobody else did. That was wrong, and a seller would have caught it in one search.CropSort does it — they call it Parent SKU mapping, and their own example is mapping BL10, BL11 and BL12 to "Black Tshirt". It is free, and it separates multi-quantity orders too.
Nor is "nothing is uploaded". Several croppers now say the same thing, and some of them mean it.
What is different
Two things, and they are narrower than the claims above.
1. The groups are suggested, not typed
Every grouping tool I could find asks you to build the mapping yourself. CropSort generates an empty grouping file for you to fill in: assign a parent to each SKU, upload it back. For a catalogue of a hundred codes that is an evening's work before a single label gets sorted.

2. The privacy claim is enforced, not asserted
Saying "your files never leave your device" costs nothing to say. This site sends a Content-Security-Policy ofconnect-src 'self', which means your browser will refuse to let this page transmit anything anywhere — not as a promise about our intentions, but as a rule your browser applies to us.

"Free croppers" covers a category that varies tool to tool and changes often. Check the one you are considering rather than trusting this table — including the two rows in bold, which are the only ones worth arguing over.
The multi-piece thing, worth understanding either way
A packer working through a stack of twenty-seven identical labels is in a rhythm. The one label in the middle that wants two pieces instead of one goes out short — and comes back as a return, at your cost.

Being fair about the trade
This is new, which means fewer people have used it and fewer of its bugs have been found by anyone other than the person who wrote it. The established tools have that advantage and it is a real one.
Against it: everything here has been tested against real seller files — 137 Meesho labels and 500 Flipkart ones, every label read, every label printed exactly once — and where a number appears on this site it came from running that test rather than from an estimate.
If cropping is all you need, the free tools are the right answer. If you have a hundred SKU codes and no appetite for hand-mapping them, that is the specific thing this does that they do not.

- Should I just use a free cropper?
- Very possibly. There are more than twenty of them, most are free, and several are good. If cropping is your whole problem, one of those is the right answer and you should not pay anyone for it.
- Is anything here actually unique?
- Two things, as far as I can find. Groups are suggested from your own SKU names rather than typed into a mapping file by hand. And the privacy claim is enforced by the browser rather than asserted — the page ships a policy that blocks uploads outright, and you can check it yourself.
- Do the free ones upload my labels?
- Several say they do not, and several say nothing at all. It is worth checking rather than assuming: open the Network tab and watch whether your file is sent. That applies to this tool too, and the check is the same one.
